Just put some petrol in. Reckon to be getting around 21mpg.
On the gear change, did miss the manual for a day or two, have used the buttons on the steering wheel, but not much. Still behaving (as instructed !!) no doubt in a week or two will be testing it a bit more.
:D

I see that a few members have posted messages about their new cars.

As an ex BMW owner I can understand. Now on second IS. Fell out with BMW when told replacement clutch at 7,500 miles was "nothing unusual". Two factory recalls and numberous other problems. Compared to IS, only wnet to garage for service. That is the big difference once you have one.

And another one not in the handbook. Any clues as to what the pressures for the Pirelli P0 225/40 ZR18 should be (fitted on the current styling kit option).
:?:
Thanks

The point on the recirc is interesting. I worked for a long time in the Middle East, and aircon there is a must for 9 months of the year. One thing I noticed is that without exception people only run the a/c with the recirc switched on.

Just come back from Halfords, and see on the shelf a product made by Wynns for refreshing aircon and killing bacteria - did not buy though

Altezzaz,
Where you at Lexus Woodford on saturday? There was a Altezza the same as yours parked outside when I went to pick my car up.
So many of us at Lexus Woodford over the weekend, I just swapped my IS200 for an IS300 - what a totally different car !!

. . . . and a remote control switch in the sun visor for opening the garage door - like they do with the Lexus in the USA.
