Yes Colin, you are right, they are  distinctive so I guess I do notice every one. I like a car that is different .

I got my UX last June and started UX spotting to see how popular they are. In the last couple of months I have seen more and more of them and yesterday in Sainsburys I parked  next to two others and saw another in the next row. . Has  anybody else noticed an increase in sightings lately or am I just coincidentally seeing a few together. Interesting to note they are all grey or dark colours.

I spent 90 mins getting my UX looking like a Lexus should after a generous coating of Saharan sand.

I'm glad my UX doesn't have sequential indicators. It's nice not being an Audi or BMW

New tyre fitted by Lexus Maidstone after a little confusion regarding tyre size. Very pleased with the service and delighted it was under £150.

The screw is right on the edge of the tread where it meets the sidewall of  the nearside rear tyre.. Maybe the screw was picked up when  I have to  move over suddenly to avoid Range Rovers, BMW X5 's coming towards me who own the road. I don't have a dashcam but with driving standards going the way they are a dashcam  would be very useful

I'm new to the world of Lexus and run flat tyres and have discovered a woodscrew embedded in a tyre, I'm loathe to remove it as it's not losing pressure. Where should I go to get a new tyre, Lexus dealer or tyre specialist? I understand these tyres are not repairable.

The car Is only 6 months old !

Strangely enough,my new UX is cheaper to insure than my previous car,a 2017 Skoda Yeti, I paid around £350. Max no claims,65 years young,clean license  and kept on drive. ( The car,not me ! )

My God, that is  not pleasing to the eye !

I think the default opinion of motoring journalists is that everything German is fantastic,  sporty driving, a driver's car . etc etc.

I agree with Nick ,horrendous is too strong. We've had a UX for 7 months now and love it. We wanted Lexus quality and comfort, just in a smaller vehicle. The boot is big enough and we rarely have passengers in the back but I agree the rear seating is not the  most spacious,  unlike our previous Yeti

I got " room for improvement " too. Apparently I take my foot off the accelerator too suddenly  approaching traffic lights.  

I've had my UX now for 6 months and only just discovered Lexus Link and especially Hybrid coaching. I can see how much I was in EV mode on any particular journey and it even tells me how I can improve .  I'm amazed I can see every journey on everyday I used the car.

Good job I haven't been anywhere I shouldn't !

Vaillant are the Lexus of the boiler world but they are German so not quite as reliable as Japanese! 

My worst purchase was definitely a Ferroli combi central heating boiler we had in our last house,it was terrible. It's speciality was when the hot tap was turned on it would trip out the heating. We replaced it with a Vaillant.

I've had a phone call from my dealer this week regarding a recall which has to be done ,I'm a bit vague about exactly what the problem is but have been told it's about 2 hours work. I know the Toyota side of the business had a few issues with recalls years ago but is this a bit unusual for Lexus?

Drivers who just can't be bothered to use their indicators while I wait at a roundabout to see which way they're going. We all have an idea who are the worst culprits.   

What a find your car is David, love the colour . I'm new to the world of Luxus so I've started noticing them on the road a lot more.  I love the fact that there are so many immaculate, well kept older cars about that  owners really look after. Maybe the product is so good that they are kept rather than traded in.

My wife  and I don't really give names to cars but I do usually say that it's our car but this Lexus is most definitely MY car !!
