Wow Pawex that looks lovely mate. Looks really nice in grey. Those miles per gallon are amazing my bmw is getting around 18 to 20 mpg atm lol. Makes me excited for my one now.

Aww I had covid back at Christmas in 2020 was horrible. I hope you have a speedy recovery. I think app is hit and miss some get the advantage and some don't. The date on mine still is 23rd May so not to long now. However my start date was 31st March the 31st April then 17th May now 23rd May. I suppose we will get em when they come.

Hi Pawex, How are u finding your new car. How's the mpg and are you happy with it? Did you get a picture when you picked it up.

Did you get anywhere with this? I still can't see my order. All I know is my car was in build mode 2 weeks ago and still no change in delivery date as still showing 23rd May 2022.

I ordered the same ux250h with premium pack but 1 month after you. However it looks like mine is gonna be another 2 months till its gonna come. Be nice to see what it looks like pawex. What colour did you get it in?

Hi All, So today I have been emailed to say my car is now in build mode. I'm guessing this will be a week then will be in shipping mode. Hopefully will be in my hands in around 9 weeks time.

OK so just got email from dealer that my arrival date has changed again it started as the 31st of March 2022. Then went to 17th May 2022. Now the latest update is the 23rd May 2022. This will make it 4 months and 18 days. Its now 2 months and 9 days in since ordering and it's not even in build yet. If it changes again I might tell em to register it in September if I'm allowed to as will be a new plate. I wonder if you can do that. Does anyone know?

Just logged out of lexus and it has order and my lexus tabs. When I log in Order tab vanishes.

Hi Bill, Lots of us have the same issue can't track as don't have it on app. Also the issue everyone is having is the dealerships all say different stuff. Some say u can some say u can't. I ordered on 05th January 2022 and so far not even in build mode as far as I know. They only seem to say estimated delivery dates etc. Saying that I'm happy it's not come yet as prices of fuel atm. Brought it to save fuel and money from my 3ltre twin turbo 😆.

Oh thats strange. I ordered from Edgware Road in London and they have told me you only get emailed through the process. I think we all sit thinking wow not even in build yet. My dealer has only said to me its still has pick up date of 17th May 2022.

Spoke to the dealership today and have been told you don't see build etc through the lexus app. Apparently you get an email at different stages of the process. I haven't got any emails yet only a delivery date.

Wow that's a long time to wait. What was your estimated delivery date of your car on your invoice? I know mine was April 29th but changed to May 17th. If it comes May it will be 4 months and 12 days for delivery.

Hi Roddersbuck, I have been dealing with someone called Rina at Edgware Road lexus in London and she updates me every two weeks on a Monday. My next update will be on the 28th Feb 2022. I have been told by others that once build starts you should see on app but will update once I see anything or have news on build etc.

17th may will be at dealership and 20th May for collection

Hi Pawex, Yes they have said its still waiting on build and that my date for being ready will be 17th May 2022. But will need 3 days to do the inspection stuff.

Hi Pawex, Did you manage to see your car on the app yet? If not can you update when you do. My dealer has said no new update on mine and still delivery for 17/05/2022. She will update me again in two week. Very good service at edgware road lexus.

I looked online and build is usually 2 days as long as no parts are being waited on. I can't wait to get to that stage but guessing it will be 4 weeks after yours which gives me a gd idea.

pawex, I to am still with only an order form. However I did get sent through gap insurance and wheel and tyre insurance etc and asking if I wanted it. I am guessing I'll decide once I get the car as I think by not hearing anything about build etc it could be prob June/July and not what the quote in May unless they are really good with estimates. Pawex, please let me know if you ever see anything in app so then I will have an idea of when I'll see mine. I'm guessing if they are building a few lexus ux250h I'm sure they will do em all at once. I only went for the premium pack on mine and got it in black.

I agree Pawex it would be good if they gave you more updates on the way. Like it's on production line being built. Then it's on ship. Then at port. Then at dealership. Then ready to collect. Having no status just keeps you wondering. I did ask for vin etc to my dealership but was told they haven't got one yet. All he said was order was excepted and dates been brought forward to May 17th however original date was 29th of April on paperwork. Unless he ment March 17th as that is brought forward lol. However March would be to soon looking at others wait times so I'm guessing will be May time. I will update if I hear anything else on mine. I ordered mine in Edgware Lexus in London.

Hey I ordered mine (lexus ux 250h) on 05th of January and I get the same as the above. However original date for delivery was April 2022 now its been moved to May 2022.
