    It is annoying for as fk as 10mins after leaving home I can’t beat a fiesta st off the lights !!! Although I know I should have 300bhp!!!!

    Yes even after 40 miles in EV the engine will still need warming before full power …. It is very annoying IMO

    I recently picked up a 192cm tall wardrobe ( 60x50 wide ) and it went in fine … passenger seat put all way forward and pushed up to that.

    Don’t forget that if NX450 you will NOT have access to the full 300bhp+ unit the engine is warm , it is restricted until it comes up to temp…..even in sports mode it is restricted…it is a feature first seen in the Yarris GR to protect the engine . It is VERY annoying on short , cold journeys as you don’t have FULL power for maybe 5-10mins of HV driving….

    Although my old set up had T bolts I always just used the U Bolts supplied with the box so would use them the same..

    This is annoying me... I have done o over 60 miles while on zero on motorway so thought id try and work it out. Went to zero tonight, was 2 miles from fuel station so went and filled up... Got 37 litres of fuel in... So if tank is 55L, that means 18L fuel reserve, which is nearly 4 gallons!!!! So at 45mpg, we could get 180 miles with it showing zero!!! Why why why....

    I am getting 55+mpg on a 80 mile run home from work, empty battery, 70% motorway rest a and b roads.

    It's handy so if you plug into a public charger,but then see your only getting 2kwh, you can, if possible switch plugs etc....

    Is there a way to see what charging speed you a getting while charging....? I know the Tesla screen will tell you.. 2.5kwh, 6kwh etc etc.. Plugged into a supposedly 7kwh last week, to then calculate it was charging at about 1.5kwh!!

    Ha, yeah of course 😂😂, i would expect it if in EV mode, but HV, Sport mode, im basically telling it i want to go fast 😂😂

    I sometimes plant my foot and don't get the full power I know is there.... The engine seems not to kick in.... Only after several attempts it decides to give me full power.... Why?? I am in sport mode, and HV mode, so surely when I plant my foot to the floor i should get full acceleration. So annoying.......

    Thanks all, when i was looking early in year it was based on 21 xc60 which still had the smaller battery pack.... Found my certificate so all good and clear, thanks

    Anyone got a copy of the official certificate of conformity on the battery only range.. When i picked the 450h back in Feb it was showing as in the 7% tax bracket, but now on comcar calculater it is showing as 8%, the same as xc60 etc..... Has the official range been reduced down do we know???

    They don't do ones for the NX... Can we all email and ask if they will be for the 22 model.... The more enquiries they get, maybe they will.... Always had them and gonna miss them 😭

    For me, coming from an outlander PHEV ( my 2nd one) the technology in the Hybrid system is amazing. To be able to do 50 miles on pure EV, and then if necessary get 50 mpg plus on longer trips even when lugging a huge battery around is light years ahead of other phevs. My outlander when zero battery used to just be a heavy 2.0l petrol 4x4, with empty battery and struggled to get over 30mpg... I know from test driving other new phevs it is a similar story and they cant get close to the NX figures in either EV mode or Hybrid.....

    As title says.. Getting 49/50 miles on EV only, and on an 80 mile trip back from office starting with no battery got 56.1mpg...what a car this is!! 450h!

    Delivery day next Wednesday, that was a super quick turn around at Derby as it is at the Lexus dealer already....
