  1. Mine is also telling me to update and saying it may take 30 mins and so I have not installed yet. Glad I have now read this and will await the next service and see if the dealer can sort it out. It also has gone back to telling me that I am not logged in - after it has welcomed me! Frustrating.
  2. And I thought we had left the EU and had taken back control! I must have dreamed it.
  3. I am now keeping the phone in the phone pocket when it is hot and all seems to be well. Using the phone for the sat nav does seem to drain a lot of battery - almost gone after 5 hours of driving so may need to connect via USB cable if I'm on a long drive.

    MPG

    Car now has 3,000 miles on the clock and MPG is about 50+ on non motorway roads and 50 on UK motorways (drops to about 47 on European motorways with higher speed limits - averaging about 80mph = 45 mpg).
  5. In the recent hot weather, whilst using my iphone for Apple Car Play and leaving the phone on the charging pad, it suddenly stopped working (the phone) with a warning message that the phone is overheating and will not work until it is cooler. I was using Car Play for my sat nav and consequently lost that at the same time. Has anyone else encountered this problem as I can see it happening again if the summer weather continues!
  6. Success! I'm not sure what I did differently but it is now working. I suspect it may have been due to information on 'My Lexus' on the net which appeared to lack some information about my car which I rectified and then re-logged in, in the car and it seems to be OK. It still seems strange as the car was recognised on my app on my phone. Fingers crossed that it remains fixed.

  8. Very new to this site - Lexus owner for 3 years but my new ES has the same problem of 'profile not loading' even tho' it recognises me via my phone. How did you resolve this?
