  1. Don't seem to be too much to choose from at the moment. Not interested in lowest miles, but do want a car with good history. Thanks! (I am Essex based).

  3. Maybe this thread has ben covered before (applogies if it has) but I am looking for a nice LS, until recently I thought the LS430 would be the pick but there appear to be established members on here who all confirm that the best LS to own and run is the earlier late LS400 (1998 to 2000). Could someone tell me why? Better than even the facelifted 2004+ LS430 (which I love the look of). Thanks in advance.
  4. Your probably right! I'd consider other colours - esp dark met blue with the cream leather, lovely combo.
  5. Latest advisories in MOT: Nearside Front Shock absorbers has light misting of oil (5.3.2 (b)) Offside Front Shock absorbers has light misting of oil (5.3.2 (b))
  6. It does seem like there are a few LS430's in the market that are "stuck". Been for sale for months on Auto Trader. Low milers with great history as expected go quickly. I am looking for one - just want black leather though which narrows my choice down considerably!
  7. Hi, Looking at a 2001 LS430 - good service history up to 69k back in 2012 but since then nothing. I have said that whilst the car has only done 20k since that time (88,500 miles), the cambelt and water pump will be due. How much is this and how much would you guys on here value the car roughly? My thinking was circa £2,500. Thanks.
