  2. quick update on this topic. Last week, suddenly I had the remote services back on the app....but I am yet now able to change the units to miles. Everything is in km and liters/100 kms 😞
  3. Hi All, Since last update, I have stopped the options for remote services like lock, Unlock car or remote start. I tried re-installing the app and removing/adding the vehicle but nothing is helping. Any idea what's going wrong. Also, units on my app are now in Kms 😞 regards, Pavan
  4. I think the lights are some on premium plus and fsport Design spec. Did you speak to your dealer and any alternatives they suggested?
  5. Hi All, Quick question about the 2023 Fsport Design headlights, I find the low beam headlights intensity slightly low. Specially, when its raining and with street lamps on, the high beams don't kick in and the low beam seems very low to see anything beyond 20-30 meters away. I spoke with the dealer and there is no way to adjust the low beam angle. (most of the basic cars have those feature). Anyone else face this issue? Also, is the possible to change the low beam LED to higher intensity. regards, Pavan

I had a long conversation with the dealer and the usual same narration that the website is not accurate etc. In future, for me the lesson learnt is that I need to take the specs printed out when I order the car and then compare it with what I receive. But for now all good. Can't complain with what I have and its all good.
  7. Hi All, I am now a proud owner of the Lexus UX 250H F Sport Design model. Its a 2023 model delivered on 9th Oct 2023. Really pleased with the car so far (details first opinion to follow soon). I have just noticed that there are some mismatches in the car I have noticed. The spec on the Lexus website (https://lexus.turtl.co/story/ux250h/page/4/3) specifies that Illuminated Entry System and Headlight Cleaners are part of the F Sport Design but I can confirm that both these features are not available on my car. I have spoken to the dealer and as usual they are looking into it. Has anyone else found these kind of mismatches and what are my options. As it clearly doesn't have what it says on the tin :). regards. Pavan
  8. Morning all!!! Does anyone have any experience with local detailer (there are many on facebook) and they seem to charge in range of £200-£300). They all are mobile detailer and they seems to be using all the right products. Only concern I have is how the ceramic coating can be done in open air. I would assume proper detailing can be done in indoor only with very less dust. Thank you, Pavan
