There is something like 6 RX400h on the parking lot of my dealer. I have an ppointment to test one the 13 of June. Will there be any official relase date?... I don't know. I saw on french TV a Road Test and they are saying the car is available.

The RX400h was planed also for June in Belgium. But I saw the three first models at my dealer yesterday. They were just dropped from they trucks. Probably some models will be also available in UK for the press very soon. Lexus cars are sold in higher quantity in uk than in Belgium (tax reasons). I'm pretty sur that some models will be available shortly in uk.

Yesterday I went to my dealer (Belgium - Wemmel) to have a look a the new GS. I was looking at it when I saw three RX400h on the parking lot. They were just drop from the truck. They look very good. They were all dust with all their plastic protection but at least I could see them for real :) I asked the dealer when we could make a test and he told me not before a month. Those three are for the press test. I felt a bit dispointed but just two more months to wait for mine. :-)

I do not agree! If you are buying the RX400h to save money on the fuel you're may be right. But if, like me, you are buying the RX400h for the extra power without having to spend too much money on th fuel then it's a right choice. The RX400h compares to a ML500 or X5 4.4i i and You should not consider buying this car to save money but for the performance with a reasonable fuel consomation.
