Has anyone here had one fitted? i would like to know what they think of the sound?

Here are some of the Lexus cars that are transporting the pro's in St Andrew,s next week. Lucky for some eh! free lexus taxi's. theres also fleet of RX400h's.

Why not fit another alarm to your car like a clifford or something and then your Lexus will be safe even if someone has your old keys and finds your car. keep trying the police or b & q you never know they might turn up. good luck and get another spare made today just to be safe.

I have the same problem with mine creaking at the front offside, I have just ordered a ball joint on saturday £38.00 plus vat and pick it up tommorrow although it was from a local motor factors and not Lexus. I will let you know how it goes when it comes to fitting it. Andrew

as far as i can make out from the tein booklet the upper mounts are retained from the standard suspension. maybe i should just buy some springs just now and the anti roll bar setup. is it hard to change the anti roll bar? so many choices !! i dont drive my car much i just walk to work about a 1/2 mile away and use car when i am off.

knocking noises? how come? Konis for £350 also on the net.

Thanks for the help guys, I am going to but a TEIN basic damper system which is 4 springs and shocks and a coilover set-up. with my discount its £480. I will get them on soon. Andrew.

High, it needs side steps just to get in but its cool to look down on other cars like mercs and jags. As for the alloys they were just painted as sometimes you get problems when powdercoating. I will change the alloys next month after my suspension goes on, I am off to buy some today. Andrew.

Hiya Guys, I want to buy a suspension kit for my Lexus Is 200 Sport. I am planning to budget around £700 to buy the kit. Will this be enough? I would like a good set up for fast road driving like 'B' roads as I dont use my car for work and dont go on motorways much. what do you recommend also are the prolex chassis braces ( for the underside ) a good idea? they look good value along with the strut brace. When I put my car into the garage tonight I was getting a loud squeak/creaky noise when turning the steering wheel lock 2 lock and when doing so I noticed the bonnet/front of car rising up and down as I turned the wheel, Also when I pressed down on the drivers side front wing it was also making the same noise. Any ideas guys? do i need a new steering rack or is it suspension? I also sprayed all the rubber bushes on the suspension and coil springs with oil to see if that helped things but it never. I am about to have suspension fitted soon so any thoughts as to what this might be will be appreciated. Andrew. Fife. Scotland.

Old spoiler was broken in three places trying to get it off, after you take the three bolts out its stuck down with tiger seal so i still have it but in three pieces !!

I have just had an altezza rs rear spoiler fitted to my 200 sport. as i had to have the boot debadged and resprayed i was wondering if anyone has any idea where i can but a lexus badge with single letters. like this. L E X U S SO I CAN STICK THEM ONTO MY BOOT EVOLUTION STYLE ANDREW

whats caused this then? as my lexus feels a bit funny when steering like i need to pull the steering wheel back to the centre after turning. However that tyre is shocking the worst i have ever seen, also if he got stopped by the police he could have lost his job that was 6 points straight away.

Thanks for the info guys. I will let my mate do the removal and fitting, I can also get hold of another bootlid if I need to, or maybe buy a carbon bonnet and bootlid also. My number is not blurred cause I have a private plate here and my car is garaged all day as I do need it for work only play. here is one of my numberplates.

I wish i had know that last week, I am going to Lanzarote on thursday for a week. I only live about 1/2 hour from Creiff and Lexus Edinburgh. I am sure you will have a great time the roads around Creiff are great. next time i will be there.

All my mates have evo,s 6,7's and 8,s and scoobys are for guys who want an evo but need to carry a dog in the back. I could have bought one as i dont use my car for work and garage it through the day, i wanted something different and the spoiler i like is not that big its nowhere near an evo size, the sard version is bigger. lexus missed the boat and should have brought out an is200 4 x 4 with about 300 bhp 100kg lighter and quicker steering then we might not be looking at evo's and scoobys rear ends all night
