2010 IS-F subwoofer

Hi there,

ive just bought a 2010 IS-F, and one of the big reasons was because of he Mark Levinson sound system. Although the speakers sound nice, the sound system sounds like there is no amp and / or no subwoofer. I suspect the amp or subwoofer has been removed or is blown. Does anyone know where the amp and subwoofer should be mounted? Or is it possible my model wouldn’t have come with a subwoofer? I am in New Zealand, and the car is New Zealand new, so I would guess the head unit has not been changed out for an after market model. Thanks in advance.
