IS250 nav DVD not reading

List of tracks is a good one and has been discussed before. Nearly everyone says it does not show, however i have seen it work on my car?

No prob at all with the CD/radio. It is only the map DVD that won't load. Ofc I can manage without, but I wd prefer that it did work!
