Rx300 Sel Suspension Problem

Hi

I have a new RX300 SEL bought in Dec 03 and only done 2600 miles.I recently noticed it was a rough ride on the rear passengers side.On inspecting the the vehicle, I noticed one side was approximately 40mm down.I checked with the supplying dealer and was told too busy do look at vehicle before Easter.This was on Wednesday, my problem was that I was due to tow our long caravan on Saturday.The service department said it be no problem towing!!!!.

On checking with Lexus GB they arranged for me to take into Lexus Hadleigh for an inspection.

They were very helpful and confirmed there was a problem and no way to tow a caravan.They think one of the sensors has gone and is not working. Has anyone esle had this problem?

Now instead of taking our nice new and shiny caravan out, we are going to Pontins(great).Unless anyone has 4 spare seats on a plane to anywhere hot.
