IS220D Fuel pump system fault

Hello, 

my friend has a problem with her 2007 lexus IS220d 130kW. Sometimes on normal engine tempature rpm goes down and car engine shuts off. On my diagnostic computer it shows Fuel pump system, fault code: P1229

I checked some values too:

Common Rail Pres Sens 2 - 34140 kPa

Fuel press - 39140 kPa

Don't know if this is the problem but are these values good? Took it on cold engine. Any ideas?
