Hi at some point in the past the loom covers have been taken off in the engine bay and what i think should be plastic type push clips have been lost or broken. Please see below photo and red high light area. Does anybody have any idea where i could obtain replacements please? Have a great day

You can order most clips from a Lexus dealership or use Lexus Parts direct.
