Does anyone know what the difference is between the IS200 sport grille, the TRD JDM item and the C-west item? Links to pictures would be great. I think the Lexus and TRD grilles are the same apart from the badge. Is that right?

The lexus one is normal plastic painted in your choice of colour with an L badge.

The trd one is exactly the same, except it comes with a trd badge for the corner and also comes in carbon fibre look plastic, which is literally just a design printed on.

I can't seem to find any info on the c-west, are you sure one exists?

Edit: Infact, i'm pretty sure that a c-west grill doesn't exist, only as part of their front bumper.

There is also a 'hipposleek' front grill, which has a dividing piece down the middle.
