Happened to my old when I first got it new - could be various reasons :

The holes or door seals are in the wrong place (unlikely I would have thought!)

The car is on a slight incline - open the doors changes the angle of incline and water "floods" out

There is some "car wax" or grease inside the doors, blocking the water run ways (which is what mine was) or one of the 2 or more holes

Best to get it checked out asap at the dealers...
