Well, just got my 220d Sport back after 3 days - My local Lexus dealer, Coventry, have been great - I had a 220d loan car which was only 100 miles old!!

My car had various warranty work carried out - 5th injector work, new pipes, other engine bits and also a new, modified, bush that fits on the rear axle - vibration is not quite as bad as before as a result. The ECU was also flashed with the latest upgrade. Still got the vibrating mirror, but Lexus GB said that the new bracket fix is now being mass produced and will be available in early August - for those who complain, of course!!

Anyway, I still maintain that these problems should not occur with cars that display prestige badges, such as Lexus. But, the customer service that I have had from Coventry has been second to none.
