Gs430 Blowing Exhaust

Hi,

I have a 2001 GS430 which had a blowing exhaust at the last MOT. The 'Y' shaped section between the manifolds and the CAT was cracked all the way round. I had it welded which got me though the MOT but it's blowing again now so I think I'll need to replace the section. Can anyone give me an idea how much it might cost and any 3rd party exhaust companies I could approach ? Also got a P0430 engine light which I'm hoping is related to the leak, otherwise I might need a complete replacement exhaust

Just had a new Stainless Steel exhaust, full system including cat from these guys;

My cat had failed and wouldn't pass the MOT so I bit the bullet and had a new complete system custom made for £575, must be cheaper than Lexus Dealer.

They are very helpful give them a ring.

I changed the exhaust on my Gs450h on the old exhaust on my car (3years old) to a GS F-sport exhaust.

Old exhaust is still in perfect condition. If interested, I can sell to you. Providing that it fits the old GS

Unlikely, given that the GS430 is a V8 while the GS450h is a V6!
