check coolant level, see if there are not any air traps

thanks lex200s i ended up taking the core out again for another clean out was amazed at the amount of crap in it. took lots of shaking with water in it to get it clean

you took the core out? that means you removed dash and everything else? or did the flush while the core is in its place.

I had the same problem. flushed it with garden hose and it got better. But I think needs some chemicals. heaters are warm but I think it needs to be burning hot when on max.

ive took the core out of the heater box and got all the gunk out but problem is still there !

Hi change the heater rad as i have replaced heater rads on cars and trucks i have flushed out the old rads then stripped them down and you would be surprised how clogged they still are so you maybe wasting you time trying to flush it out or take it to a rad company they can test the flow rate

that means you removed whole dash board and de-charged AC system? thats what manual says

no just removed the trim pannell under stearing wheel and 1 of heating ducts that is beside where radiator slides out take the 2 pipes which come through the bulkhead and the rad just slides out there are a few clips you need to unscrew to get the pipes off but dont take screws right out. first time took about an hour to figure it out second time was out in 10 mins.

but that will have to wait. :( outside temp now is -13 degrees celsius

lol its minus 7 here !! detaching the pipes from the rad is a bit tricky u just need to bend the lip out while the rad is still in place any probs give me a shout
