Door Lock!

Alright guys, need some advice.

yesterday i went to get into my car and look at the door handle and noticed that some scumbag has take a screw driver to the lock and tried to bust it open...

but now im stuck with the thought of having to get a new lock for the door and how much its going to be from lexus.

could anyone recommend what the best way to go around this?

i dont know if this will work but the vw boys swap the rear handles with the front ie this means its delocked....also the handles in two parts the bit you pull and the bit to the rear of that which comes out see if the rear bit fits in the front handle job done no lock and no chance theyll do it again...
