110,000 Mile Service

My Car has just had a service at Lexus in Poole who I must say are fabulous when it comes to customer care, Alison and Shirley from the service department are both stars and nothing is too much for them, I even got my discount for being in the Lexus club without even asking. unfortunately the service has picked up a few potential warrenty issue. I have a noisy suspension leg, a slight oil leak on the front of the engine coming from the head and a turbo lag problem which was picked up by the Technican on his test drive. I should be disappointed with the outcome but I am not, thats due to the car being covered bya Lexus Warrenty. As long us Lexus UK honour the request, I expect the car to be out of action for a number of weeks, but if the last time was anything to go by Lexus Poole sorted me out with a car for the best part of 2 months. I am so impressed with the service that I will likely buy a new car next year from them when the new GS appears on the scene hopefully befor this time next year as I have been told that I have to have my vacuum pump blade for the next service which I was told by Shirley will be expensive.
