Eml And Vsc Dashboard Lights

Oh well here goes, new member so this could end up anywhere!

I have a 2000 RX300, owned for 2 years an it's run perfectly even with these two warning lights on. I understand that it will fail the MOT this year if these lights are not put out. I know the fault codes and have investigated the problem from time to time but one piece of information that continues to appear, mainly on the US site, is that a small pipe into the air filter box has been disconnected causing all manner of warning lights. I have searched endlessly for this pipe and cannot find it or any connection for a pipe on the air filter box. Is this pipe common to all models, if yes can anybody tell me exactly where it is?

Looks like their engine bay is laid out differently though...
