Lexus Servicing In South West Wales?

I was going to take it (2001 GS430) to my local garage - do I need a Lexus specialist for general servicing, handbrake repairs etc etc?

If so, does anyone recommend a mechanic/garage near me in Ammanford - 12 miles from Carmarthen, Swansea, Llanelli?

As an ex-Lexus-owner in Swansea, I struggled to find anyone other than Lexus in Cardiff to do repairs. They do a loyalty card which gets you discount off repairs etc, and the biggest discount is on older cars. Its still expensive. I remember having my handbrake cable replaced and you would not believe the cost !!! Also, £450 for a new glove compartment because I broke the lock on it (cant just buy a new lock!). It may be worth speaking to a Toyota specialist though, as they do share some parts.
