Changing Fog Lamp Bulbs

Hello fellow lexus owners,

Just wandering if anybody has tried replacing the bulbs in the fog lamps and if so are you satisfied with the results? Basically my agenda is to replace all the bulbs at the front of the vehicle to match the the 4300k color of the OEM HID.

The fog lamp bulbs are the hardest to replace so I am going to start with them. At first I was thinking of installing HIDs with 9006R bulbs but don't want to be a nuisance to oncoming traffic so I have pretty much discarded that thought. I am leaning towards LED bulbs now.

Any suggestions/input is welcome.

Ps: Most importantly does the is250 have Can bus?

Hello, I have changed both the Foglight bulbs and sidelight bulbs, the sidelight bulbs in mine are amber 501's so I can't advise about LED bulbs unfortunately. My fog light bulbs are JDM yellow Luminics bulbs, again not LED.

Hi thanks for your reply. They look great. I am going to order the bulbs now. Have you changed the bulbs on your main beam? That looks bluer than the OEM colour.

No mate, they're standard, it's an SE-L so has xenons as standard.
