Recommended Posts

Hi guys iv a standard 220d wish i had the Se version.my question is the standard audio system is amazing yet i want to know what the diffrence between standard and mark levison system is.

I might put aftermarket sub in can it be hooked directly to system or will i still need an external amp which means wires to engine bay.

Mark Levinson has an additional speaker. In my experience Mark Levinson sounds a lot natural and is very pleasant to listen to in comparison to the standard audio system which I found very boomy.

To put in an aftermarket sub you will need an external amp and a line out converter to tap into the factory sub woofer.

This is the first link on google. I can't recommend because I don't know much about them.
