Fly Audio Reverse Camera Problem

Hi guys. Can anybody help me with a problem I've been having with my fly audio unit. I've had it fitted now for about 3 months and after countless trips back to the company who fit it in droitwich the problem still exists and was wondering if anyone with fly audio units have experienced the same thing.

The problem is with the reverse camera. Sometimes it works great and other times nothing just a message saying check connections. It only seems to happen when the car is cold but has started to do it when warmed too. I've tried different cameras and had the wiring checked.

Can anyone throw some light on the problem?
