  1. Sorry to post alongside Russdx's post, but mine's just started with a problem this morning.

My power steering works to an extent but feels juddery and there's an unbearable screeching coming from the engine bay somewhere but i can't pinpoint it exactly. I've checked the reservoir and it's only just under the Max level so i doubt it's that.

Starting to get worried now, can anyone offer up some advice?

    Thanks

  2. Does anybody know any fast and good programs for converting video files, AVI / MPG etc etc to WMV??

I've got WinAVI but when I convert there is no picture.. I've also used Windows Movie Maker but that takes AGES

    TIA :)

Try this link, it'll do it for you for free but don't know how long it'll take because video files are usually pretty large. I've only tried audio and ringtone files but they worked ok.

  3. is this single din or double din?

Whats the difference between a single din or a double din?-apart from the obvious there being an extra din!!????

A company called SQ+ do a single and double din replacement for the standard unit and it does look at home in the car

The surface on that adapter looks rough to touch, not smooth like the Lexus dash, how do they look together?

  4. I want a new spoiler for my IS200, i've seen a few that i like but i really want this one-

  5. Hey all

My mum and dads RX300 has gold/silver ish (lol) mirrored back windows, and i love the look of them, wanted to know if it would be possible to get that done on my IS200se and a rough price.

    cheers

Startin to possible look at moddin my car, and thought this would be a nice and simple way to start :)

I'd say £150-£200 upwards, saying that mine cost £300 but i'm made up with it, and a lifetime guarantee with it. I've seen some really duff tints that are cracked and peeling. You get what you pay for!

  6. I'm scared of breaking something!!

Undone the 2 outside screws and lifted them up, undone the middle one and taken it out.

Can't get the damn thing out now!!

    Please Help!!!

make sure youve done all 4 black plastic clips that are on the lights/bumper/grill aswell as the 1 screw in the middle. slide your hand down the back and pull it off the 4 clips at the bottom. the clips are part of the bumper and are not fiddly. then pull from behind the bumper it will need to flex a little but it is pretty strong.

    Craig

Cheers, i've undone all of the screws but can't seem to work out how to undo the clips!!

  7. Yes mate, just a couple of weeks ago. :D They are the standard -30mm TTE lowering springs. See the thread here.

Looks a lot lower than that. Are you happy with it? The last car i had lowered, i was a bit disappointed in the end result. I do want to get mine done beacause it does sit really high but thought of spending out over £700 for the coilovers makes me baulk and i doubt i could ever convince my wife that it's worth forking out for unfortunately.
