are they worth the money? whats peoples opinion on the ARS system on the aristo?

just wondering if the auto trans in a mk 1 is the same as the mkiv supra also if the SMIC are the same?

LOL yeah you could say that DB, i think when i get an aristo i'll get a single fitted so i was looking at some advise from someone who might have done it before.

hi guys, just got a few questions, im currently insured with admiral and on their system they have a IS 200 import is that the altezza? and also on your V5's does it say altezza? just cant find an insurance company who know what a altezza is. -robert-

yup i'll keep you informed and hopefully i'll find a good RS200 not AS200 but no point getting a car before i know i can insure it, bloddy waste of time that would be

yeah insurance is expensive but hopefully adrian flux will insure me as im only 20 and a month away from my 21st.

one more question guys, i called up admiral and they havent heard of a toyota altezza? anyother names for it they might know?

thanks guys for the advise, yes im after the RS200 not AS200, ive read about the difference in the 2 engines now and i would prefer the extra power and maybe a car with a little less miles on the clock.

yeah i know it is the 6 cylinder engine, but it isnt 3 litres with 2 turbos so thats why i want it

you would get it mate if you saw the speeds the supra takes me in 10 seconds, i think i'll get into trouble with this much power so im being a girl and getting something less crazy, i knwo that sounds weird but i like my clean license.

Normaly peeps are lookin for manual's I was for about 4 months b4 I found one ← even if i could legally drive manual i would prefer an auto in london because its always stop...start....stop....start

sorry mate i'll get some close up pics in the enxt few days for you, it does look good but it all depends on how large the flakes are mine are very small but have a nice effect inthe sun light, ive seen others with larger flakes but it depends on your own taste

if you see the list of mods change that is because im remembering whats on the car, not that im trying to add more things to make it look better.

oh i forgot to say i have all reciepts for all the work carried out including auto box and engine change.

i think taz has a manual for sale and i want an auto......cuz i cant drive manual, dont start lol im only 20 but have been driving supras for 2 years. my current supra has a huge mod list which includes: new engine and auto box replaced not long ago ( 3k miles ago) HKS cam shafts 264/256, stage 3 hybrid turbos, HKS type R FMIC with polsihed pipe work full decat, polished BL 4 inch exhaust system, apexi AVC-R polished rad cover, polished cam covers, polished FMIC cover, polished turbo pipe work, polsihed stainless steel engine cover, polished upper rad pipe, 19 inch wheel mania pacific wheels, black paint with small gold flakes, Alpine head unit. new front and rear shocks- fitted last week The car also has a custom HKS induction kit located below the engine bay where the stock SMIC was located. Also the supra has tanned leather front and rear seats, cruise control, heated front seats etc etc. the odometer says 110,000 but the engine and auto box are near enough new but legally i cant change the odometer.
