ok heres some updated pics for people who requested them. in the first pcture the crack only goes up to the red line and not all of it is acutally cracked all the way through. i can get it repaired for around 50 pound as i posted before.

a pipe is a pipe regardless of who made them,doubt HKS actually make them probably just someother make rebadged.

*update* will be posting up pics of the damage in the next two days, just for reference.

yes i would say you will need a new one rather than a second hand one, we had a few problems with these on supras and it was mainly with older cars so getting a brand new one is the only way to go. I would go as far to say if your car is an early mk1 model then when you get the belt changed you should also get the crank pulley changed aswell.

i think it would be the same as the auto supra alternator, which is around 100amps. The manual supra alternators are rated at 90amps give or take a few.

ok guys, ive got a explosion front bumper for sale, it was on my aristo when i bought it but i decided to return it to stock as the explosion bumper is too low for where i live. There is a 2 inch crack in the bottom when i hit it, but other than that it is perfect. The bumper comes complete with custom fog lights as the stock ones wont fit (the harness is the same though) I have a number of price options: buy it now with crack for 150 + postage, buy it with crack fully repaired 300 + postage. Collection is preferred as it would be a pain in the arse to send by courier. I have been told the crack will cost 50 to repair, not much damage, just a thin crack. it looks lovely and really suited the aristo pity its not still on my car. I would also be interested in doing a deal involving your stock fog lights aswell. Im told this bumper retails at about 500 brand new. If your in london i can get the bumper resprayed and fitted any colour for an extra 120. I dont have any pics of the crack but will try and get some up if required.

Good question mate, im looking at the same thing as mine is looking in rough condition, i'll either get an aftermarket one or get this one re-trimmed. Don't really wanna look the cruise control/air bag if i fit an aftermarket one. let me know how you get on.

im sure you wont boost anywhere near 1.1 bar with the 1st cat still in place. That is the most restrictive one. With the 2nd cat removed you will boost about 0.9bar or so. these are the figures that the supra guys go by.

That was my plan aswell, and doesn't cost anything lol I'm really surprised they're different to the supra, only going by heresay, be interesting to see. im sure they must be different as the exhaust manifold is different so maybe the angles are different
