Yes: had visible corrosion on two wheels (and imaginiary corrosion on the other two ) just before the warranty expired: had all four replaced under warranty.

I do a lot of work for Lexus on the marketing side and I know that they are doing very well on hybrids at the moment: so well in fact that there is a three month delay minimum on all hybrid models. Apparently the captains of Industry who used to drive Bentlys and the like are now demonstrating their green credentials by opting for LS600H's: the order bank for the new model was at 104 a few weeks back. When the last LS was launched at the equivalent time the order bank was...errr......zero.

Hi, new round here. Yes, noticed the same thing - I figured it's because it needs to heat up so you can run your heaters etc. In late summer, I could start and creep out of my drive without the engine kicking in. Now it starts almost instantly. On a high speed run back from the Alps on Tuesday, I got 24.9mpg :duh:
