thay worked (ish)
the display was nice and consistant and no noiticeable patches !
but far too dark to see the dials :(:(
i have my friend hopefully spraying some more but this time a lot thinner coat of blue !
will try again :):)
dam it i set up a auction stealer for this but their server went down and it didnt place a bid :(:(
i have emailed them and hopefully it will get relisted again !
thats what i thought too !
try the test but with one wheel on a slippery surface (dirt grass ect)
and pull away quickly
both wheels should spin and not just the one with out grip !
i was well impresed with how easy my diff locked up on friday !
i pulled over along a single track road to let oncoming trafic pass
one wheel on hard pack dirt and the other still on the black stuff.
just pulled away promptly and got tire squeel from the one on the tarmac !
:):):)
well it aint cost me anything as yet !
and if they dont work then ill put the om ones back !
and get my mate to spray them in a lighter blue or get him to find me some brighter ones !
:):):):)
well !!
the web sites are selling them for about £1 each !!
when i told him he said they sell them for about £50 for 10000 to the auto industry !
they wont sell to the public but ill see what i can blag :):):)
pics !
sorry for the poor quality thet were taken on my camera phone !
oh and just had the AC man come out and look at my car !
its fully gassed but he seems to think its the stepper motor on the paddle deflector thats at fault !
so its on to ebay and find someone whos breaking one !!

many thanks
merlin
I do love the twins :):)
i think the main thing is getting use to feeling and knowing when the back starts to slide
if your not use to it it can get to far out to be controled then its just stop the car as safely as you can
grass drift is ok but not overly realistic !
open tarmac areas are better but dont just do doughnuts!
i have been up to a local airfield on occasion (with a vaild permision) and had a play there before !
just keep encoraging the back to slide and get use to it !
BUT PLEASE KEEP IT SAFE GUYS !!!!!
as i said i tapped them to the back of the light cover in the volvo
not sure about the lexus tho !
not been in there to "have a play" yet :):)
oh sorry pete !
i have a strange mind and it comes up with strange results :)
slightly off the topic but not totaly !
wheres the adjuster for hight adjustment on the back of the headlight ?
i like to have mine nearly star gazing :)
i keep adjusting them up till on coming traffic starts to flashing me then lower them alittle
mot people move them every time but i move them back after :)
it needs a LSD !
RWD = big :):):):)
i prefer the TSC off as the other day the back stepped out i checked it and was about to bring it back in under control
and the the TSC cut in the car griped and sent me in the direction i was pointing (towards the roundabout)
i didnt like that !!
if haddent cut in i would have held my line and been off on my merry way with a grin !!
iv heard about this problem with my mates supe !
any one else had this ???
Just take it out or put a light coat of light tint paint over them. There are a few pics of mine at the start of this post, i left the lens out.
Deano
will i need to get orange bulbs if i left it out ?
will it get through the mot like that ??
