I'm from the north too and it would sicken you how much they expect you to pay down there!! Although the petrol price is a lot better! Suppose that doesn't really bother you either as you can still nip over the border. :winky: Enjoy the new car.

Seems they're getting bigger because we're having milder winters when they all usually die with the cold. So the future's not looking good for spider haters, cause they're just gonna get bigger.

Hey all, I just noticed that i'm missing a locking nut cover off one of my wheels. I think it must have come off when i was getting it washed. Was wondering where you can get replacements and approx how much they cost. I think it really brings down the look of the car without it. Thanks

I'm from northern ireland and i tend to give a wave to any other lexus is200 that goes past! I think i just do it because i feel a bond between me and other is drivers!!!

Thanks for the reply :D So your saying that i should still reset the ecu on my is200 even though it doesn't have the e-shift?

hi all, I've eventually just purchased an IS200 se auto and was wondering if it is bad for the auto gearbox to run in manual mode a lot? I was reading in a thread before and it said that it will ruin the box, is this true? I've also read a few comments about e-shift, is this only on the is300? Just wondering cause its a second hand car and will therefore have learned someone else's way of driving. Also, does the power button simply let the engine rev out longer before changing gear? As i have not received the car yet, could anyone tell me whether there is much of a difference in the drive? Thanks for any advice.
