  1. If your car is a UK car

with the 2.0 straight six engine then you need to go for the one listed for 1G-FE engine

If you decide to buy one let me know how you get on because I might get one myself;)

The hole was a bit near the sidewall and was on the verge of being illegal to repair, thank *** the guy was very cool. The tyre then was quoted at near £200! (Dunlop SP Sport9000, 215 45, 17s)

    get it repaired.

It does seem like the Dunlops are very good, very predictable in the dry, lots of grip and feel, and hard wearing. I was suspicious of them in the beginning but after seeing them on an M5 and M3, I gave them respect. So maybe I should stick with them... and better suggestions?

I can get the Dunlops fitted including VAT for £165.00 each

  3. I've seen worse cars than that get repaired

The guy who bought my Impreza Turbo parked it in a garden wall and most of the front end was missing and the airbags had deployed

An estimate was produced which came to around £10,000

I was going to buy it back in the damaged state for a couple of grand and repair it until I found out that the engine had been damaged

  4. I've got several stone chips on my bonnet but no rust thank *** !

I think the paint chips quite easily these days.My Impreza Turbo was only 2 days old when the bonnet was chipped, stuck out like a sore thumb on a silver car.

Perhaps it's because the paint used nowadays is waterbased and is not as strong as the old lead based paints !
