sorry to see that niraj. Mines not that bad, it's the time its going to take to repair...... I would post pics but you can't see anything. i had striped the boot to find the leak...so today i but it all back, But It don't fit, the boots all caved in... i didn't think it was that bad... so one tell me it an't a write off...plz.

i've been to the doc... and he said rest it... so thats been done and now i've been off work since Tuesdays woohoo

I'm with elephant. they have been good to me so far... they say it coz of the xmaz season the car is drivable but i don't what to drive it like that..all banged up so i got them to give me a hire car it a vw passat 2.0 TDi so i have park the lexus in the gargae

Well peeps i found my leak it had nothing to do with the tube from the sunroof the water is leaking from the the black and white plastic bits that hang in the arch ( the things with a flap) get a watering can and pour it over the arch and just was watch it pour in....... let me find a pic edit...here you go hope it helps but i'm not doing anything about it seen as i got rear ended mondoy http://render2.snapfish.com/render2/is=Yup...C/of=50,590,393

Answer Not long So yesterday i was coming back form my mates yard sitting in traffic ... not really moving, your know the local traffic, just creeping and BANG!!! Morning all, Sitting here at work I have decided to paint my calipers and drums Black with silver/white thingy. I'm been looking for a guide and when I found it, it's got no pictures. has anyone got a pdf/doc or the pics to the guide. P.S where the best place to buy the paint and stuff thanks in advance

fluff, i did that today and guess what, no leak or the petrol flat well i have striped the boot out and cleaned and dried the boot. the tube was out about 1inch on the left and half a inch on the right i have pushed them back in and i have duck tape them.... i will keep a eye on it ... and let you know

You know what; I have been taking a temporary measure and have placed some cloth in the arch to soak up any excess water because I just have not found the time to solve this issue. It has been raining something harsh in London over the past few days... But in a word, no I haven't sorted this yet. I need to push the black tube in further (but I need to get behind the coverings to do that; pour water in the sun roof and see if it leaks, and then pour water around the filler cap to see if that leaks... just need the time... On the other hand, if you solve this before I do, send me a PM; it will be much appreciated; it seems to be almost a common issue... Well i've taken the covers off, just on one side, pushed back the tube and i'm waiting for it to rain....# if it works/or not i'm going to tape it up with plumbers tape then duck tape....that should seal it and keep it in place.. i'll let you know if it works
