an average is beween 15000 - 25000 but depends on wat brand an size tyres u hav and the differant style of drivin u do ? ie long or short distance? wat life u gettin at the moment then? cheers tom

hiya mate i work in a tyre and exhaust garage, we use a company called part-co for all of our gaskets an paper or you could try somewhere like camberley auto factors? hope thats usefull for ya? cheers tom
