Cool I'll have a look through....I've just started traning in MMA, I have a background in Kickboxing. When I moved to my new station my sub officer started showing me the ropes to grappling.....hooked now!!

Just out of interest Pip whats your workout routine, Do you have multiple routines that you rotate or do you just do the same routine until you hit your plateu (sp) then change?

Not me is it? I live in Downend. I was driving to Avonmouth everyday for 2 weeks and was going through Shire, was looking out for your motor but didn't see it :)

I'm from Bristol where I live with my girlfriend, we've been together for 4 yrs no kids...... yet! I'm 25 and a Firefighter. I've had my IS200 for about 3 weeks and i'm over the moon with it, no plans as yet to do any mods but that will more than likely change :D

I bought mine about 3 weeks ago from a bloke in Bournmouth he only had 12 months, he didn't mention where he got it from. The main reason I ask about the paint is cos it has a few minor dents and scratches, and if it is as rare as i'm led to believe then I wanna get them sorted. :D

Apart from the Altezza's is the Pearlescent white a rare colour for the uk IS200's?? I haven't ever seen a white one before I bought mine. Is it rare?

Hi everyone at LOC, I'm new to the world of Lexus ownership, had my UK IS200 sport just over 3 weeks now and I love it!! This looks like a great site with loads of info and some sweet motors!! This is my motor..... I'll post some nice piccys up at the weekend when I give it a good clean. This may sound like a stupid question....but, Does anyone know the name of the colour of my car it says on all the documentation that its white. Well it is white but it has a kind if pearlescent flip to it!? Anyway nice to meet you all :D
