  1. Hi Chris Thanks for the reply, the only drawback is the fact that it is very expensive locally at £1750 plus VAT Cheers Probsat I have been running cars (including a few Lexus's) on LPG for years now and never had a problem. i have just had a GS300 Sport gassed up and cost me £950 inc vat, for the single point system, they offered the multi point for £1300 took them 2 days and did a quality job too. Hi I assume that you had your work done in Plymouth, have you got a contact number please. What is the economy and performance like? What is the advantage of the mutipoint? Sorry for all of the questions Cheers Probsat Yes it was in Plym 01752 249915 Economy is great 80 - 110 miles for £10 of LPG Multi point better economy but only by something like 3% but more parts to go wrong, so i chose single point which i have always used with no problems. Hi Again Many thanks I will give them a call probsat

  13. Hi Guys Just got a pair of NEUTON TYRES- 235 45 17 ZR 94W off ebay at £120 delivered. An extra £55 to have them fitted and balanced and 4 wheel laser tracking at formula one auto centres. I am extremely pleased with my tyres they are very smooth and quiet, another good feature is a built up area on the tyre that protects the alloys from kerb damage. cheers probsat
  14. Hello Again I had a better look and I now know that the relay attached to the aerial is operating, I now assume that it is something mechanical within the aerial. maybe seized or broken. I will remove the aerial tomorrow Many thanks Ian for your information Cheers probsat Hi Again Removed the aerial and took it apart, it had a lot of water in it. Found that the shaft on the motor is seized due to corrosion. I have used wd40 and I am now using the aerial manualy. Will try again later when the wd40 as hopefully done its job cheers probsat

  16. Hi SC No there is no movement at all. I have since looked at the top of it and there are a few burrs as if someone has tried to pull it up maybe with pliers etc. I have an electrical/electronics background this is why I asked if there are any common faults to look for, I haven't even checked for a fuse failure yet. mind you I will be surprised if it is fused seperatly. I simply don't know anything about these cars and I am sure that I will be asking for much assistance and hopefully helping others with similar problems. Cheers Probsat
  17. Hi Guys Collected my G300SE today and it drives very well, one problem is that the aerial doesn't operat when I turn on the radio. Is this a common fault on this model? I have had a brief look in the boot and I notice some type of electronic box and then two wires out to the motor, is it ok to try to feed the motor with 12volts DC to see if it works? Cheers Probsat
