I know but i mean.... 10l/100Km when you go relaxed? When you push hard or have a brillant ride??? From 4500 RPM to 6200 RPM IS200 is fine, the engine push well but.... the fuel consumption???? Her in Italy i've read (in driving tests) that IS 200 fuel consumption is: 8.5 Km/L (in urban ride) 10,1 Km/L (at 130 Km/h) 6 Km/l (when you push hard) :( I'm confused.... i think the press is non a reliable source.... I think also that the most reliable source are the customer.... YOU!!!!

Yes Div.... Here in Italy i've never seen Uniroyals.... But i know Yokohama ar bad tires (especially A539)... i change that in 2 weeks becuase my car was whorse than with 4 Bridgestone RE720 with 20k km.... I've always heard that Michelin Pilot Primacy are very good tires (better than pilot sport) and looking the test i've seen that is true!!!! I think i'll buy 4 new pilot primacy or GY Eagle F1 or Dunlop Sp9000 or Bridgestone S03 for my new lexus.... Here in Italy Dunlop Sp2000 are very cheap.... GY eagle F1, Bridgestone S03 PP, Michelin Primacy, Dunlop SP9000 have the same price.... P.S. Pirelli Pzero Rosso aren't in the test.... and i think is the better high performance tire u can buy.... But they are too expensive.....

Here in Italy i've never seen Dunlop SP 9000 but Toyo proxes and GY Eagle F1... and also Pirelli Pzero rosso.... I like 4 tire with good grip and no making noise!!! B)

I've 4 eagle F1 in my golf GTI... they're great but the side is too much smoth... Bridgestone were good in traction and the side was better... i think...

Here in Italy dunlop SP are cheaper than Bridgestone S03 or michelin Sport.... good tire?

Hi.... i want to ask you a simple question.... What are the best tires for IS200??? I mean in standard 17" size.... michelin pilot sport are good but are too noisy... Bridgestone S03 PP ??? Pirelli Pzero Rosso/Nero ??? Avon?? Good Year F1??? Fulda???

I think i'll drive other IS200 before buy it.... i want to buy the best one.... :o I hope..... :P even if ... i think.... i'll fall in love with the blue one with GPS and beije interiors.... Hi guys.. Venice is a beautiful city... :D by the way... i've found an IS200 blue with bejge leather interiors and GPS... The cas has 52.000 km and it starts to run in november 1999. The car is selled with new tires... all the service was lexus but the last one was "audi".... i don't know why.... I'll see it this week (i hope).... it costs 14.900 €.... a very good price i think.... :D

Mik, this week i go to drive the IS200... i'll take a look to the service book (here the lexus have 3 years of warranty so in the services book are write all the things made in this 3 years by lexus assistance) The 1999 IS is selled by a retailer who gives me 1 yaar of warranty. I'll drive it this week and then i'll tella you the driving sensation. Well... in Italy is difficult to see a lexus... there is 1 IS200 for 2000 audi A4, bmw 3-5 series... Here the people think that Quality = german i think lexus is the best car i could buy, i love it....

Yesterday i've driverd for 150 miles a new mazda 6 2.0 CD 121Hp.... I think is a godd car. It's big inside (more than a lexus IS200) and outside... I prefear the is 200.... the 2.0 Cd of Mazda 6 push very well from 2000 to 3500 RPM then it's too smoth The 136 Hp CD push very well from 2000 to 4000 RPM B) The gear is noisy and there is o lot of little particular that look very cheap Little particoular i Say.... the general look is ok....

Hi guys.... r in my city i've found a1999 IS200 with 65.000 km... I think the price is bolew 15.000€ so i'm very interested in buying it!!! Unfortunately i don't have any idea of the programmed maintenance I'd like to know wtah i have to do following the official Lexus maintenance program... Could you help me??? (65.000 km = 40.500 miles) Should i change brake disks? Brake pads? When i have to change distribution belt???? Thank you!!!!

Yeah Guys..... I know.... i want an IS200 with 6 gears manual, if it has Torsen diff. and GPS better but i dont' think it's necessary. I like so much the grey met, in this color the lex is very elegant and sporty... I like also blue but i prefear grey met.... I've found some exemplar of IS 200 used near my city and i'm looking for the best choice.

Hi matthew.... I'm seeking an IS200 built in 1999-2000 here in Italy but unfortunately there is no a large range of used car. Here in Italy Lexus is seen like "hyunday, mazda...." not like the luxury brand of toyota. Here the people prefer Audi, Bmw and all the german brands The says: "german brands = quality".... When they says all this things i reply " lexus = perfection" :D By the way i would like to know all the little problems that IS200 have because i don't know very well this car. "Quattroruote" the most important car magazine in Italy says that IS200 is a good car but i want to know more! When i see first IS200 (in 1999) i fall in love.... Now it's the time to buy it!!!
