Hi Guys.... After 3 month i love my IS!!! :D I've cheked to find the noise. In my lexy i can head it from 1500 to 2000-2500 rpm max. It's lika a "GRRRRRRRR" then i've found another little problem. The leather gear scuff (when it's cold) makes a little noise... I think because my shifter lever has little vibration when i accelerate. But this kind of noise is very little. I've tried to remove the documents box (in front of the passenger seat) and i havn't heard the noise.... but i'm not able to understand where this noise is generated!!!

Hi guys... i've found a little noise i can describe it like a little vibration "vrrrrrrrrrrrr" anly at precine number of engine RPM and only in particoular kind of tarmac.... Is seems like it goes behind the radio.... i've to check better .... anyone had this little problem?

Tomorrow i'll phone to the dealer.... the feeling is very good but sound like a "clunck" and i have problems with driving fluidity... it's the first car i've ever drove with this problem!!! Next week i'll go to my dealer and i want to test another IS.... i'll tell you what they'll do with my lexi. Is your gearbox little noisy? I mean, when you pull down the clutch (with the gearbox in N) and when you release the clutch the sound is the same??? (or when the clutch pedal is up you hear even a little metallic noise?)

Bazza.... I don't understand.... is it normal this thing??? I definitely hate go forward and backward every time i change a speed.... Sometimes when i push and release quickly the gas i hear a "clock" a very little clock.... that makes the drive not very fluid!

Hi guys, i'm falling in love with my IS but there are 2 things i want to ask you. When i change speed it's very difficult to be fluid, i mean, you have to pay a lot of attenction with the clutch.... i can't explain better the problem but i'me being mad.... Could you help me?

Today in my city (where there are no LEXI) i've parked my golf near a BMW 318 CI a mercedes C220CDI and an Audi A4 2.5 TDI. :D I went for shopping and when i was back looking the 3 cars i've think.... I'M HERE GUYS!!!! :D Yes, Italy has only 24 dealers! Here in Italy the people prefear diesel engines (even if they do 5000 km in one year). The fact is that here in Italy if you have a diesel Engine you are Cool! The young guys like me (23 years old) prefear Subaru or little sporty cars, they don't know what is LEXUS!!!! An other thing is that here all the people thinks that the best cars are 1- Mercedes 2- Audi 3- Bmw 4- VW For example when i have bought my IS200 my friend says to me "Lexus??? Is it a new kind of printer???" "Why you han't bought a golf?" :shutit: Nobody knows LEXUS here!!! :shutit: In Italy lexus sells 2000-3000 IS in one year.... One is MINE!!!! :winky: But Guys, it doesen't matter! I love the IS200 best then all their Mercy or BMW.... i love thata car, i love LEXUS! And i'm extremely happy to be a LEXUS OWNER!!! P.S. the only italian guy in this club!!!! :zee:

As i think buying a repair kit is no good..... So... i took the car next week .... i'm waiting and as i saw you a lot of time i MUST BE MAD.... Now i have to try to don't remember the cell - holder.... :shutit: ****!

Guys, i'vo found a kit to repair the holes but i think it's very difficult to reproduce the exact color af the plastic.... Somene has ever try this kind of products?

But i hate the look af the original cellular holder...

I have a cellular phone, a Motorola V66i but i can't find the accessories for the car....

Hi guys! Finally i've bought my IS200!!! Yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh :winky: But there is a little problem! It has a cellular phone holder (i've seen some in the gallery) and i'd like to remove it but if i do this you can see 3 little holes!!! :shutit: How can i do???? Help me guys, i don't like very much this thing .... i've bought the car, my dream car and i suppose to be happy but for this thing i'm being MAD!!!! :yack: Has someone removed the cell holder and reapaired the holes with good results? Thanks!

BESTY... After how many miles the gearbox begin NORMAL??? Excuse me another time but.... this problem means tha you hava a lot of difficult in changing speed .... in other words.... it's only a "feeling" problem or not....?
