Looking at adding the instrument gauge cluster from an LS400 to my hilux as they are the same, cept for the wiring of course. So im looking for the wiring diagram for the LS instrument cluster...anyone point me the right direction ta

indeed, im not, and would not, blame the seller for non delivery (of course to the right address supplied), but what i would expect is the buyer to be making the claim and refunding me. anyway ive made my point,, i wont go on about it.. :winky:

so the only difference is that in one case you keep the money and wash your hands of it, and the other case you refund the money and have to make a claim yourself. In both cases the fact remains the item was not delivered and YOU posted.. that is wrong wrong wrong lol...and dare i say sounding like lots of other rip off ebay merchants.. when i sell on ebay, the only shipping method is signed for with the appropriate level of insurance cause once its signed for or confirmed lost its my responsibility..

hmm im not quiet understanding this.. if i bought a phone from you for 150 quid and took the option to insure it correctly, and it did not arrive, You tell me the buyer to make a claim.. However if the correct insurance cover was not offered by you the seller, then you WILL take responsibility.. Is that what your saying mr... :P

lol so if the shipping method covers the value of the item, then the buyer is told to make the claim against royalmail, yet if the shipping method does not cover the item value, then the seller makes the claim...

so the seller, ebay and paypal, all offload responsibility to the BUYER for the delivery that the SELLER arranged.. regardless of the level of insurance ...

so if you provide evidence of posting and its lost, paypal will refund the buyer..

one thing, if you have posted an item by any method and it does not arrive, YOU are the person that will be making the claim and not the buyer. Two scenarios here A ) i buy a mobile for 300 quid and select 1st class recorded, it doesnt turn up, i ask for a refund as i am entitled to do so. B ) I sell a mobile worth 300 quid and the buyer chooses 1st class recorded and it does not arrive, the buyer wants a refund as he is entitled to do so. In both these cases, can you guess who will be making the claim for the lost item and who will be out of pocket until Royal mail resolves it. Granted as the seller can say no refund until royal mail issue refund or prove delivery. So what i am saying is it is the SELLERS responsibility to ensure the item has enough insurance cover.

Yeah still got it. I got email from ebay say they've removed there account and that if any money had been transfered contact the police, none had so I didnt . Cheers for that stav if I need to relist I'll do that. Just a annoying waste of time been looking at this phone also.. wondering what price you would sell me at, PM me Elliot.

still dont know which one, the touch 3g looks the better 3G HD but the HD has a few extra goodies spec wise.. spec comparasion but the HD will cost me approx 100 quid more than the 3G

i was with vodaphone, and asked if i could port my number early to O2, and then when the contract was up then cancel it at that time,, they said yeh no problem. anyway no PAC number came so i rang them again, and asked them again if it was ok, they said yes. ported number ok, then i get final bill from voda, including 13 odd quid for canceling a month early.. rang them up and explained that they had said on two occasions it was ok, customer services said nothing we can do, so i politely asked them to go check the recored telecon.. then all of a sudden i get the old as a token of goodwill gesture we will wipe it. I had asked O2 about if i can port my number at any point,, they said yes.

right, think ive decided between two, both are HTC Touch either HD or 3G... which is better spec'd though..hmmm

yes seen them, but how would i take one station from itunes and record it. some have address that i can track the station on google. most others do not have any clues.. unless one of them apps above will record the itunes output

as it says, anyway or recording radio stations from itunes onto the pc./.

i hear you ellz, but the styling of the G1 isnt doing it for me.. and yes of course im gona go get some play time with the HTC's,, looking on ebay seems i wont get much change from 250-300 quid mark. FYI come across this site to purchase new, unocked,unbranded HTC's not much price diff in price to ebay but i'd rather buy new.. this site will give me 205 quid for my iphone although looking on ebay there going for over 300 quids..

strange that 3g is not always mentioned in the blurb.. SO redz. your opinion on this,, i want to go with a HTC phone. Something close to my iphone as poss. ie sat nav, a nice laid out calender, internet, email, touchscreen input (maybe go keyboard) Something to make use of unlimited data. Looking at Touch, Touch 3G, Diamond, TyTNII, errrmm cant think of anything else. What would you go for.

more i look into it the more i liek the HTC phones.. not after a new contract as im stuck with 18month O2, so am looking at gettinghold of an ulocked phone, so the phone needs to make use of my unlimited data..
