    Does anyone know the value of a set of 4 limited edition wheels ? In need of refurb and fully refurbished, because i may have a set to sell soon. thanks for any help. Don,t know if it will be worth getting them refurbished or sell as is.

    To be fair to the garage they had numerous mechanics take the car out and at that time is was very intermittent fault. It was only after i had the car back that it got noticeable that it was the caliper. They did advise me not to change power steering pump and wait until it gets worse so they know for sure what the fault was rather than waste time and money. They are a very trustworthy garage and run by a family friend.

    Well just a quick update. Turns out the noise was a warning that the drivers side brake caliper was seizing up. It started shuddering so changed the drivers side caliper and everything is fantastic again.

    well the garage can,t pinpoint the source but think it could be a power steering pump problem, but because it is infrequent they advise me to keep driving the car and get back to them if it gets worse, rather than spend money that dosent need spending. initially they thought it might be a wheel bearing but have ruled that out. is it good advice ? i think so ?

    Hello ! My car has started to make a rubbing sound from the front when i turn left. It dosent happen all the time but sometimes is quite loud. Does anyone have any ideas what it could be ? And is it safe to drive it ? Thanks for any help.

    It really isn't much hassle. Bought the headrests off eBay just feed wires through seat ( hard part ha ) and then connect up in footwell. If i can do it anybody can ! It is surprisingly easy !

    I've been on this forum since I've owned the car , 4 years i think ? And every time I've asked something somebody has always known the answer, hence my surprise when i didn't get a reply. Still job done now and they look the business !

    I know. I wasn't having a go. Was just surprised that nobody has done this mod before. Wanted to wire them in before weekend away with the kids.

    Wow nobody had any advice. Had my front windows tinted and the guy told me how to do it. Simple straightened out wire coat hanger fed through back of seat. Easy. Job done !

    i did have all the diagrams to do folding mirrors, after doing it to my car. ill have a look and see if i can find them

    Yes direct from the Climair site. My back windows are tinted and they look the same colour as the glass. They are not too dark on the front but i will be getting the fronts tinted so they will blend in perfectly.

    They came with bright blue stickers on. Only small but stood out and were very to get off. Had to scrape with my thumb nail and the get the sticky stuff off with wd40

    Thanks for the advice. I go over every speed bump ok unless I have people in the back then certain bumps i have to take really slowly. I think I'll get them done but got to get a few other things done first. Thanks for the help.

    Thanks for the replys. Just had car back from mot and service and nothing is out of place below and where I live there is a few high speed bumps. Still in two minds about springs tho.

    searched for an answer but could,t find it. at the moment with my standard springs, if i have people in the back the car scrapes over speed bumps, if i have lower springs on (40mm) will it scrape worse or will the springs not drop as much as the original ones ? stupid question i know but it will make my choice much easier. thanks for any help you can give !
