I have standard IS200s 16" aloy wheels, and the noise only comes from the left hand side front arch. The liner doesnt feel like it isn't installed properly, but i am no mechanical genius! Stu :P

I think i have the noise sussed now guys, I caught it making the noise, and stopped moving, leaving the steering in the position it was in when it was making the noise, and discovered that the arch liner is causing the noise! :D I have to say that i am very relieved that it is not a huge problem like the bushes or summit, but how in the hell do i sort out the arch liner to stop the noise?! Stu :P

It does say in the description that they are the 16" wheels off the sport cross, but i suppose someone somewhere may be daft enough to think that! Stu :P

Have a look at these, they are on ebay at the moment, i know they are brand new, but i think that is asking a bit much really! What do you lot think? Stu :P

when i have the wheels in a sharp right hand turn (almost full lock but not quite, if i put it on full lock it stops making the noise) Stu :P

Ok, i have had a rubbing noise coming from my front passenger side wheel arch ever since i had the car, but the annoying thing is, i cant find where it's coming from! :tsktsk: there's nothing obvious causing it, and there's no apparent tyre wear. Anyone else had this problem? Anyone have any ideas as to what it could be? Stu :P

I found the thread i started on this problem with my IS200 a while ago, it's located here. I do agree that it shouldn't happen though! What model and how old is your motor that has gone wrong Marke ? Stu :P

Mine did this not long ago, had the keys reprogrammed first, that didn't solve it, so i had the unit replaced, but it was under warranty so i have no idea how much it would cost. Chris Shipley would be the one to talk to about prices etc i think. Stu :P

On my way home from work last night i decided to do some '53' spotting, and would you believe that i saw 6 '53' plate cars in thirty minutes! :D But sadly not one of them was a lex. They were all mini's, all red, all driven by women!!!!!! (and before you ask, they were all different registrations! :P ) Hows that for coincidence?! :P Stu

Hey guys! I am looking for a car kit for my nokia 3510i, but have a few questions! :) 1. Can it be installed without having holes put in the dashboard? 2. What kind of kit should i go for? 3. Who should i get to install it? 4. How much is it going to cost me? There are a few kits for sale on ebay, but i am a bit dubious about buying one from there, as they don't offer a fitting service, and i deffinatley can't fit the kit myself! Stu

give lexus norfolk a ring, i was there last night and they had a few sets of the five spoke 17's for sale, brand new, with tyres. The number is 01603498000. i was speaking to simon wilcox, but another guy was telling me bout the wheels. Can't remember how much they were, but they were cheaper than usual. :winky: hope that helps! :P Stu

i dare say you could pick some tint and laquer or transparrent black laquer at your nearest car parts centre.

i have to say they look pretty cool! the tint and laquer have cracked a little bit on one of them, but i can just take it all off and do it again if it starts to bother me! :P It's really easy to do (if you have a basic knowledge of spray painting!) and very cheap too! the tint spray was £10, and the laquer was about £5 i think. :winky: A little patience + a small amount of cash + and a couple of hours = top results! B) I really would reccomend this if you don't want to pay silly prices for new lenses! :P Stu :winky:

ok, the tint and laquer are on the rear fogs, they are almost black to look at when the lights are off, but when they are on, they are as red as they were before i tinted them! B) wll post piccies when i can upload them! :P :P Stu :D
