  2. Gday everyone. Been here for a while on the IS200 forum, till today, I'm now the proud owner of a 2001 Silver GS300 with 80000km on the clock. Quick question, been going through the service requirements and there's no mention of auto trans oil change, ever, did I miss it or is it a miss print. Cheers Geoff in Oz PS Did a 350km trip home with it and averaged 28.4 mpg, 2up wth air on and averaging 110k/h on an Australian highway with everything, mightily impressed am I. (The consumption was worked out, not read off the computer)

  6. What r the chances of making this available to Oz and NZ owners
  7. Can anyone tell me if the cruise control can be adjusted for sensitivity to speed, engine revs etc. At the moment it waits until the speed has dropped to far before hammering back 1 or 2 gears (auto box) and then overspeeds the origional speed setting at full pedal trying to get back to the set speed, this is happening on not so hilly roads and really bad on major hills Geoff in Oz
  8. My passenger seat had a similar noise, tracked it down to the bar that you pull to move the seat, it vibrates and sqeaks when you are travelling. Ended up puting a little WD40 where it pivots and it stopped :D Geoff in Oz
  9. Can anyone help me if the rear muffler is changed to a free flow sport type, are there any gains in performance, noise etc. Can you actually hear the motor running from the rear, I've never heard an IS with sport muffler. Geoff in Oz
  10. Did you have the ERR3 message showing on the display while trying? When I did it myself I had to persevere with it for a while. all you are trying to do is unjamb a stuck CD (unless player is totaled), in my case it was a burned CD with sticker lable, seems they are a fraction of an inch to thick and have since been warned not to use them. Geoff in Oz
  11. Take one plastic picnic type knife and gently push through CD opening, then gently and carefully move it about while continually pushing eject. This method was shown to me by a car dealer (Mazda) and I have since done it myself, no worries :D Geoff in Oz
  12. All you need is a "plastic picnic set knife" When err3 shows, gently push knife through opening and carefully move about while pressing eject. This was done by used car dealer (Mazda) and myself, worked both times no worries :D .
