    Had front callipers replaced less then 5 months ago and only done 1000 miles since then.

    No it's just through the front wheels, steering wheel is fine, it like the front is locking up if that makes sense, it does nothing else but even vibrate the front a little on pullin away but it's stops after a few miles in traffic from stoping and pulling away

    Anyway one know y I hav a judder from the front wheels? It only happens for a few miles when I stop and start in traffic or pulling away at a junction, then it disappears, until I use the car again a few hrs later or the next day. I don't get a Vibration through the steering wheel just the front wheels

    Hi guys. Just a question. When driving at nite I hav noticed that my door controls don't seem to illuminate up part from the drivers window switch and the front of the door (all) locking switch. The rear and passengers electric window switch don't illuminate. Is there away to make these illuminate for ease of use at nite time driving or should these illuminate as standard?

    Hi guys I have looked to see if there is a blog about engine cleaning and I can't find one. Just after some advice as I plan to steam clean my engine bay as it v dirty and dusty. What areas should I be careful off or stay clear off? I plan to cover the battery and fuse's etc.

    What is wrong with adding a dummy LED? what harm will it do, if I get an after market alarm it will come with its own LED. Many thanks steve2006 but not to worry!!!

    Hi many thanks, I don't know much bout wires, I hav a connection that goes in the the ignition barrel with 6 wires, what colour would this ignigtion warning light be?

    Could sameness help. My car doesn't have an alarm at the moment just the immobiliser which has a flashing LED on the dash. I would like to for the meantime and a fake car alarm LED till I source an alarm out. My question is I want to run it of the ignition to flash when the key is removed, I can only seem to get it to flash when the key is at ACC, I know which wire is the poss + but where is best to place the neg - for this to work when the key is removed?? Your help is grateful

    Is it easy to paint the callipers? I see there r two silver clip looking thing on the front, do these come off easy or do you just tap them up and paint?

    Ok I think I'll just change the front then. I can get callipers, discs and pads for £333. So I'm thinking that's not to bad

    I've decided to get new brakes up front and I have seen some nice Mintex disc's and pads. First question are these a good Brand? Second question, can you just change the front or do all round (front and back) need doing? Hope this isn't a stupid question, I'm just weary when it comes to brakes. Your help would b greatful :0)

    Can someone help me please! I have a sticking left front brake calliper and I would like to know how/and are these easy to unstick as I don't want to buy a new one just yet if I can unstick it my slef? I have little knowage of brakes but is there any thing on the web that could give me a step by step guide on how to do this? Your help would be v great full

    I have just tryed what u said and I'm not getting much heat felt from the alloys but I did jack the front of the car up and rotated both wheels, drivers side span ok but passenger one didn't so I'm thinking it's that caliper is sticking. Are they easy to unstick?
