  1. Thank for this. Will this download work with modern browsers as the previous Bahamut one did not until recently when they got it to work with Netscape and IE 9. Until then the PDF docs where not able to display. I,m guessing that might be why it got took down?
  2. I noticed the following today at http://bahamutcars.free.fr/workshop/workshop.html does anyone know any alternatives? :(
  3. Your description of Water in the wheel well and the rear quarters seem quite serious and extreme. Reading various post here some water in the quarters is common on older cars but not to the extent you mention. Usually you notice this because the rear window starts to continually mist over due to the moisture rich air in the boot area and behind the quarter cover panels I had small amounts of water in my offside quarter, I found this was due to a poor repair after some minor accident repair some time in the past.. The body repairs were made and visibly are fine but I had two areas that let in water. The flaps you mention was one they are sealed with foam gasket, this had dried up and was letting in some water and the bumper hanger behind the rear light had been damaged this had led to the sealant between the two panels gapping by less than 0.5mm but enough to let slight drips when pressure washed. I sealed this with a bitumous gutter sealant and sealed the air vent with silicone. I have not had any trouble since (4 months) all bone dry. I have to say though that water only ingressed when I used my pressure washer, stayed dry in normal driving. Looking at the wheel well there are three rubber grommets about 25 mm diameter may be they are damaged?
  4. I get 350-360 miles from a full tank which is about 26mpg, This is a mix of A, B and urban driving. When on the motorway it improves to about 28 mpg. In modern terms pretty pathetic but I knew this before I purchased so have no complaints.
  5. You need a 10 mm socket and extension bar 1/4" drive is idea. Remove two bolts just in front of rad on the air inlet tract also one on the small extension box to the intake. The inlet tract will then come away from the main Air filter assembly, it is connected to the main box by indented plastic clips just squeeze the tract carefully to ease out . The main air cleaner box is held on with 3 bolts, 2 on the right side 1 front side of the throttle body and one behind the throttle body, these are quite deep down about 100 mm below the top of the box. On the left side is one bolt quite obvious. The main air box can now be removed but careful as you need to wriggle of the throttle body then un-clip the breather pipe before lifting to high. Under this is the plastic cylinder head cover this is held with 4 bolts, again careful as these can become brittle with age.
