In the flesh the RC F looks great. I take photos in 16.9 format to fit on my TV, which when converted on here it sort of blows the picture out of per portion. The grill didn't seem that big to me. Tried to get a sit in it but was stopped as supposedly it was a concept version. It looked bloody quick racing along the track but gotta say that Infiniti Q50 with the GTR engine was the nuts...568bhp! Just looked stunning. The date for the RC F is January. Time to book the test drive

Was lucky yesterday, both cars did the hill climb. RC F sounded brilliant. If that Q50 ever go's into production, could be very tempting.

My exhaust is as loud as that and it does drone in the cabin. Passes the MOT no problem. They do note exhaust loud. Initially seriously considered changing it to stock. Lexus wanted £1500 for stock exhaust! Over a year later I'm glad I didn't. Believe me it is very loud. Gets a lot of attention ... Sometimes unwanted! But when I use the paddles, the downshifts and popping sound so good. Unfortunately before I get asked, I haven't a clue who it's made by. All I know is its a custom made one for the last owner. Asked lexus to contact last owner several times but nowt yet. Luckily for me my neighbours love the car. Just as well as I can leave for work at 3 in the morning

First time a couple of weeks ago. I let my son drive, his girlfriend sat in the front and me in the backseat. When I told him to boot it...the experience of the power from the back was phenomenal. Pushed back deep into the seat. When I took mates out for their first time...the look on their faces when I floor it. I can understand how they feel now

Had my tracking done at Croydon Lexus but I did have two new fronts put on. Both front tyres were worn on the outer rim. Also had the 60000 service done with them. Is that the one you've just had done? If so that was a lot cheaper than my quote!

What a bummer....sorry to read this about your IS F but as you say can always be repaired and at least they told you. I've had two like this (not on the IS F) the second one was witnessed by my neighbour and they even spoked to the woman as she reversed into my car. She still drove off after saying she'd leave her details. That cost me £250. It's not so much the incident but the hassle of dealing with the insurance. And yes they do put up the renewal premiums even though you haven't claimed. Got a garage now

Stuno1... The exhaust was custom made for the previous owner. All I know is he spent a fair few quid on it according to Lexus. Sorry don't have anymore details except its what sold the car to me. Was originally looking at a MY11. Mine is MY09

Great to talk to you. Was in two minds wether to chase you down the the road but thought there's only just over 200 in country got to stop you. They're such rare and fantastic cars. Luckily my neighbours like the rumble of the exhaust. Thanks for the chat
