I know people on this club like to look down on the BMW drivers but until you tried one you wont know why so many people buy them now. Acoording to Which magazine the latest 3 series is much improved in reliability so I may change to that. The fit and finish of the interior is well below german rivals such as Audi and BMW aswell, also much more noise inside aswell.

:tsktsk: there just no stoping you is there mate now you say the Finash is not as good as the B*W's and Audi IMO i think the IS Finash is 10 times better than the B*W as the IS is STD and for what you get in an IS, you would have to pay out about 8K more to get the same in a B*W as you get in an IS . reliability not that good in B*W but you still had 4 of them you dont have a B*W bage on your IS do you

BMW wheels dont rust after 6 months. Enough said really.

how can you say this about the IS IMO i have lots of fun driveing my IS and as for being smooth well you are just talking :tsktsk: what is not smooth about the IS

Look mate if you drive the car hard and fast then yes its going to cost you alot , and i do this all the time just to ***** the boyracers of round where i am and i have to say i love doing it as well, BUT the cost well its about £50 a week as i like to drive fast but safe :winky: i have had the car all most a year now, and all i have had to pay out on in new tyres as i had new rims put on last week, it comes down to how you drive the car to what it is going to cost you to run

For the last 10 years i have all ways wantted a B*W untill the day one of my mates comes round and he was drivering an IS i was like WOW let me have a drive, well when i come back from that drive i said thats the car i want, and with in 4 weeks i had one, :D and if i buy a new car in 3 years it will be new IS B) thats how much i like this car

way i look at it is still an IS if you go for the 's', why do we MOD our IS's well i dont like haveing the same as the guy next door to me so i mod my IS to the way i want it ,just like all you guys do the same, you put bits on the car to your likeing so by going for the 's' you can do what you like to it , at the end of the day you will still have an IS200 , i say go out and get that IS that you have waitted so long for mate and come back and tell us all about it. then you will get the MODing bug B)
