    haha thats funny lol.. i guess when im a bit older i'll stop driving like a loon. the only time i drive compeletely sane is when i have my son in the car, but i guess hopefully i'll start doing it by myself soon :P

    last night i filled up with shell unleaded nitro 97, and seriously my car runs so much smoother, and the engine sounds so smooth, nice and silent. its a bit on the pricey side, but my mate told me i will get alot more miles, so i though why not its worth a try. i'll keep u all posted on how that turns out.

    Thanks Stuart. That makes sense now! In my previous car 1.6 audi a3, i didnt mind i'd get petrol from anywhere once it was cheap lol, but because the lex gives me alot more performance and i drive it like im playing my playstation i need the best consumption i can get, coming from 55 quid to 80 quid for a full tank is quite a big gap lol but something i gotta get used to i guess :)

    lol Martin i hear u - but if u think about it properly, why is tesco fuel so cheap? must be watered down no? personally i think so, my cousin that drives a 3.2 litre x5 told me the same thing, he only buys petrol from shell and bp, i think im gona start doing the same. where do u get petrol?

    Hi guys Just thought id share with you guys. i made a horrible mistake just over a week ago to fill up at a tesco petrol station, and i must say ive never seen petrol leave my tank that quick. Im quite an aggressive driver i must admit but it gave me about 280 miles which i'm sure no-one would be happy with. who wants to pay 80quid for 280 miles.. **sigh

    when they stripped mines they done it in about 5-10 mins, then cleaned it with some special solution they had. it was really a quick job.

    thx petay, i already have a spoiler and a flame tip exhaust with a full system. i really wana paint my calipers but im confused as to what colour i wana put on, as everyone i know no matter the car, theyve got em in red, which i wana do so bad but i wana stand out. i really need to get my alloys refurbished as well, im gona put em in gunmetal grey powdercoated and chrome on the outsides.

    Thanks Stuart. Yeah im getting a full service next month. Yeah ive been looking at k&n ait filters ive decided im gona get one along with the full induction kit. Lol u cant be a boring driver in a Lex!! Yeah my insurance is due for renewal in august so i will definately be doing a bit of shopping around and bartering.

    ebay it! ive gotten a few stickers for my previous motors on ebay - just search for customized car stickers

    im not sure about any installers n suffolk as im in london, but for all 4 door windows and back windscreen, youll probably be looking at about 150-180 to get fresh tints. they shouldnt charge you to remove your current ones as thats a quick 5 min job.

    oh serious? hmm i dont know if id like an armrest on a manual. i had my mates 5series for a weekend oh yes i was loving the armrest but it was tiptronic so much easier. im gona have a look and see
