I don't thi so like I said had it on ramp yesterday and checked tension was fine

It's not leaking the belt is squealing on start up I've already changed the belts so it can't be them had it to a local indie who put it on ramp and got me underneath to listen to PS punp which was a little noisy only thing left is pump to change or repair

Hi my 2003 2nd gen rx 300 power steering pump is on its way out does anyone know the part number so I get the right one Or does anyone know of a refurb kit ? Or even better where I can get one for a decent price Cheers Ian

Hi I have 2003 rx300 over the last couple of days my sat nav screen says unable to read disc clean and replace So went into the boot and tried to eject the disc but nothing happened when I slid the button across apart from the disc slot door opening but it did not eject and I can't figure out how to eject it Any ideas please Ian

I had the same sound turned out to be tyre noise try swapping the front and back tyres

I got 34 mpg on way to Southampton from Doncaster at 60-65 I have done a fuel efficiency driving course

I replaced the whole blade easy enough pricey though £26 for the pair

Hi I get 26-28 mpg on my 10 mile commute to work on a run at 65-70 mph I get upto 34mpg which I'm quite happy with it just depends on how throttle happy you are Ian

Hi my amber warning light for the automatic headlight leveling comes on intermittantly could tell me where the sensor is located and possibly what it looks like so I can take it off and clean it if thats possible please its a 2004 rx300 before I have to take to Lexus ive heard its quite an exspensive part thanks ian

hi all yesterday after work the check engine light and vsc light came on ! went straight to my local garage and plugged it into code reader came back with p0346 camshaft position sensor bank 2. he cleared the codes and as of yet they havent returned. but over the last couple of weeks i had a couple of other minor symptoms. when im idling at junctions with the heater fan on fresh air intake there is a faint smell of petrol which stops if i turn heater off or use the recirculate button? i had this checked and did my own research which led to the charcoal canister underneath the heater intake. has anyone had a similar problem or any ideas should i change the camshaft position sensor bank 2 ? does anyone know its location? any help would be gratefully received thanks ian

I know what you mean with the air but at least they are a dam sight more reliable than a range rover, Ive bit the bullet and ordered one from the dealer

Hi jon no it doesnt have the air suspension does yours? Its a great ride without! Do you know where to get used parts from ? I'm after a roof bar end cap o/s/r they are £55 from lexus !! local hand car wash knocked mine off and broke the clip
