The fuel rail is held in by (3) 12mm bolts, you may want to take off the 10mm nuts holding on the wire harness wire-way right there so you can pull the injectors straight out easier. The fuel dampener is a 22mm or 7/8" size (either will work perfectly). Be aware when you take out the fuel dampener, as there is a crush washer directly under it, then once you have it loose there is a second crush washer (smaller diameter) under the fuel line/hard line. The crush washers should be replaced as to prevent leaks in the future. You CAN re-use them, but it's not recommended. Get aluminum or copper replacements, NO fiber or rubber!! Once you swing the hard line out of the way, pull straight back on the rail holding both ends. No petrol will shoot out, just some will dribble out, and there will be plenty in the fuel rail itself, have a bucket and some rags ready. Once you have it free from the car, tip it so the end closest to the fire wall (fuel feed) is up, then tip it the other way over a bucket, twisting it and lightly shaking it to get all the fuel out.
